Integration Prerequisites
There are two integration packages available. Both packages require the current version of ADP Workforce Now, as well as the following:
PSA Integration Package:
- FinancialForce PSA Spring 2018 SP4 or FinancialForce PSA Summer 2018 SP1
- ADP Workforce Now with the Time Off module enabled (required for Absence Automation)
FFA/Accounting Integration Package
- FinancialForce Accounting Spring 2018 Release
- ADP GLI (General Ledger Interface) using the ADP-FinancialForce Standard GL Integration Template
Sync Employee Data
Push employee changes and new hire/rehire/termination statuses entered in ADP Workforce Now to FinancialForce PSA Resource records.
Sync Time-Off Requests
Push employee time off requests in ADP Workforce Now to FinancialForce PSA Resource Timecard.
Sync General Ledger Data
Push journal entries from ADP Workforce Now General Ledger Interface to FinancialForce FFA/Accounting.
